The Honey Mindset
Yellow tea is slightly oxidated tea, which differs from green tea only by one additional processing step (menhuang), making its infusion yellow,
and its taste more mellow and sweet. To successfully carry out the core processing step is however quite difficult and only few masters in China
are able to attain good results and preserve this traditional processing method, which was gradually lost at the beginning of 20th century, with rising popularity of green tea.
Yellow tea has strong protective effect against esophagus, stomach and intestine cancer. Similarly to white tea, it preserves more than 85% of fresh tea leaves content and therefore has strong antioxidant properties and slightly cold nature. It has very strong anti-bacterial and detoxifying properties, and is very beneficial for our digestion.
Wuliang Mijing has a strong honey, mellow taste, and therefore is recommended especially for sweet lovers.
