Description
Puerh Charming
Chenxiang tea has strong red liquid, with pleasing “chen” fragrance and mellow taste, with slightly bitter notes. After few infusions it develops sweet aftertaste.
Chenxiang is a special kind of fragrance, as well as a special “individual property” of this puerh tea. Chen means old, mature and that is the feeling you can get from this tea. However not every tea can ripe appropriately so that it can develop the “chen” fragrance, hence time is not the only variable which plays important role in its formation. Essential is the quality of the tea (especially the right processing method).
Best taste experience comes during 7-8th infusion, so don’t give up too early!
